Monday, December 16th 2024: Nanchan, Don't You Like Me, Kaleidoscope of Death and Everyone Loves the Cannon Fodder have arrived! We will be shipping these out ASAP. We're so grateful for your patience during this busy time, and can't wait to get these books in your hands.

Thursday, November 14, 2024: The original shipment of Nanchan has arrived safely back to its point of origin and is now being prepared to ship back to us. Meanwhile, our good friends at Rosmei are shipping enough additional copies of Nanchan and DYLM to fulfill all outstanding orders from the original pre-order period. This additional shipment will be sent via a slightly faster method (we expect it will save a few weeks) and will be comprised entirely of the pre-order version of Nanchan with the gold lettering and DYLM with the folder. Nanchan's PVC card will also be sent to us, though those may have to ship to us separately depending on the quantity available. As a result of this arrangement we should have 800+ copies of Nanchan coming in between now and the end of the year. Customers from the original pre-order period will be our top priority, then customers who ordered afterwards. Once all orders are filled we will make any remaining copies available for immediate shipment (assuming they aren't accounted for between now and then). We thank those of you who have shown patience and grace during this period. We are truly honored to have such wonderful customers! 

**Wednesday, September 25, 2024: SPECIAL UPDATE. Due to a lack of response on the part of U.S. Customs the shipping company has opted to recall the shipment. The books will be returned to the point of origin and shipped back out to us again. The current ETA is November.** 

Sunday, September 22, 2024: There are still no updates on the original shipment of 23 boxes. We are working our way through shipping the copies we received last week. Tracking numbers should be sent no later than Tuesday for all copies available in the current supply. 

Sunday, September 15, 2024: While there have been no updates on the 23 packages in customs we are happy to say that a shipment containing 140 copies of Nanchan will be delivered tomorrow! Thanks to the wonderful people at Rosmei these copies include preorder bonuses. While it still won’t cover 100% of the round one orders it is thankfully additional progress. We’ll be working hard to get these out as quickly as possible once they arrive. :)

Sunday, September 1, 2024: As of now all copies of that arrived in the initial 10 boxes have been sent out. The remaining 23 boxes are still being held as part of the investigation mentioned in the original update graphic below. We haven't been informed of any timeline for this process. We remain in regular contact with our partners at Rosmei, however, this situation is not something either of us can speed up. If you are wanting to pay your second payment in order to expedite the process once the shipment is allowed to enter the U.S. you can do so here. We have not yet sent out any emails requesting the payment due to the uncertainty surrounding the arrival date, but we will be actively organizing those orders that have completed the process in order to move as quickly as possible once the shipment arrives. We sincerely appreciate everyone's patience with these unforeseeable circumstances, most especially those of you who have been kind in your inquiries.
