Introducing Intelligent Split Shipping
Dear Yiggybean Community,
Things are changing! We've been working hard over the last few months to introduce our split shipping feature for our customers.
We want you to be able to get your hands on your items as soon as possible and avoid the long waits associated with purchasing multiple pre-orders at once.
Going forward, our shop will automatically split your orders for you to ensure that items with similar release times will be sent together.
As a small business, we don't have the storage capacity that larger companies can offer, which is contributing to this decision.
We know this can come at a cost depending on your ordering habits, so we've put together a short guide/FAQ to maximizing the system to your benefit:

- Check the release dates of your items before checking out
- Group together items with similar release dates to avoid multiple shipments
FAQ
What happens if one of my items is delayed?
If your item gets delayed, we'll split it for you at no charge. Delays happen, and we're happy to take care of this for you to avoid further expense/wait times.
How do I qualify for free shipping in the US?
Free shipping is available to our US customers once your basket hits $150. Please note, only the initial shipment will be free - if your order is split, each split will incur a flat $7 shipping fee.
Example:

Your order contains $150.00 worth of in-stock items
- Shipping is free

Your order contains $150.00 worth of items that ship around the same time
- Shipping is free

Your order contains $150.00 worth of items that have release dates in 1 month, 4 months and 8 months
- The earliest shipment sent is free, the split shipments for later in the year will cost $7.00 each at checkout
Will there be any surprise charges?
Absolutely not - all fees are imposed at checkout. If you want to change your order (e.g. add to it), we will let you know if there will be additional costs before you choose to commit to editing your order.
