FAQs
It depends! If you ordered only items that are in stock (no pre-orders), your order should ship within approx. 2-5 business days.
It's best to double check to make sure your order contains no other pre-orders before reaching out - sometimes book releases can get delays and we might not have had a chance to update our website yet, so don't panic!
If you have an existing order with us that is waiting for a pre-order to ship, you can email us below about splitting it (for US shipments, this is a $7 fee).
We send out a tracking and delivery email confirmation for every order that has been sent. Make sure to check your spam folder in case it's hidden there!
We have a smart split shipping system in place to avoid lengthy waits and to cut down on holding items for too long.
Our system detects if the items in your order have varying release dates and may split them accordingly. For more information, check out our blog post here.
If an item's release date changes after your order has been placed, you won't be charged any extra.

If there are final sale items in your order, we aren't able to remove these. For some pre-orders, cancelling may result in a restocking fee. Cancelling items purchased using a creator code may be subject to a fee if the order is over 2 weeks old.
If your order has not been shipped, you may be able to cancel.
If your order has been shipped, you can no longer cancel, but you may be eligible for a return.

Please note, cancelling or returning an order purchased with a creator code after our 2 week cooling-off period may result in a 10% reduction in your refund due to our creators having been paid out.
This is the beauty of shipping protection! If you have shipping protection on your order, you can rest easy and we will take care of the rest. Just tell us your order number, what happened, with images of your order if possible.
If your order does not have shipping protection, we may still be able to help you, but this is at our discretion and depends on the circumstances.
We highly encourage our customers to invest in shipping protection to have peace of mind over their orders.
If your shipment has been marked as delivered by the postal service in the tracking information, there isn't a lot the Yiggybean team can do to recover the parcel from our side - but don't panic! We've put some tips below to help:
1. Reach out to your postal service. Most services (e.g. USPS, UPS) have a GPS signal that they can share where the package was left. This may aid you in finding out what happened.
2. Talk to your neighbors! It's possible that your package was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address.
3. Talk to your local delivery person - it's possible they left it in the wrong parcel locker, in a more hidden spot, or even gave you the wrong locker key.
For Shop App Users
There is a known bug that sometimes Shop App users see an order showing as delivered, when it hasn't yet been sent. It's especially common in longer pre-orders that have large wait times.
Don't worry - the easy way you can confirm your status of your order is just by logging in to Yiggybean.com with the same email you used to place the order.
We send out a tracking and delivery email confirmation for every order that has been sent.
The most common culprits for this are:
- a different email address was used to place the order
- the email address was incorrectly input at checkout
- the order didn't go through
We sent out an order confirmation email automatically for every order placed (make sure to check your spam folder!)
If you still can't find it, let us know the details of the order (e.g. date the order was placed, shipping address, full name), and we should be able to track down the order and see what's going on.
If you accidentally have multiple accounts and wish to merge them, please let us know.
Yiggybean currently pays for all tariffs and customs charges related to importing items from other countries to the US.
If you're based in the US, you will not be liable for any customs/tariffs for our imported products.
If you're based outside of the US, you may be liable for local tariffs/taxes imposed for importing items from the US to your country. Yiggybean is unable to offer support in identifying these (as they vary from country to country and are subject to change) and does not take responsibility for these.
Please make sure to research what taxes/charges you may be liable for if choosing to order Yiggybean products to ship outside the US.
